Summary
At twenty-eight years old Xamit started to feel sick and in a low mood. He was starting to feel very tired at work.
He did not pay much attention to it as these feelings were only temporary. Xamit could do his work fitting aluminum windows and go to the gym perfectly fine. However, one month he had to stop going to the gym as he felt so tired and down. This tiredness continued for two years.
The next symptom he encountered was an irritation during ejaculation. At this time his twenty-four-year-old girlfriend had some problems including fungi and sinus problems. She persuaded Xamit to visit a urologist.
After some persuasion Xamit visited a urologist for the first time. The urologist did not impose any tests on him. The doctor advised Xamit he was very young and said maybe the pain was from his work and standing up a lot.
Xamit insisted on being examined. The doctor did a simple ultrasound and told him that his prostate was fine. The doctor said to relieve Xamit’s stress he should also do a urine test, which showed all was fine.
He left the urologist feeling assured, but it didn’t last long. After a few months ejaculation became even more painful for a period of two minutes afterwards. He also started to feel even more tired. At night he could not fall asleep easily and was not sleeping well. He constantly woke up in the morning tired.
At this stage Xamit looked in the bathroom mirror each morning; he noticed a few grey hairs on his head and said to himself at thirty-one ‘I got old’.
He then started to notice a drop in the intensity of his urination, however he was unable to distinguish all these symptoms as a problem on his own.
He decided to put it all out of his mind and for a year did not think about it. This was until he had another symptom that disturbed him. The next symptom was insufficient erections of a very short duration. By now he was also starting to urinate frequently at night.
By the summer of 2022 Xamit arranged to see a different urologist and advised him about his erectile dysfunction. This urologist told Xamit to do a sperm culture test but did not submit him to anyone to do the test. He undertook one though his own initiative and it came back positive for Staphylococcus haemolyticus.
The doctor prescribed Xamit to take a week’s course of Ciproxin antibiotics. Taking the antibiotics took all Xamit’s symptoms away accept the regular urination. The doctor advised he was fine and now cured. Xamit felt relieved and happy at this point.
After taking these antibiotics Xamit’s tendons in his arm started to hurt and his stomach also generated some pain. Nevertheless, for two months he felt well, little by little. However soon the symptoms started to appear one by one again.
By now the symptoms were becoming more and more intense to the point of affecting his daily life at work. After two to three hours of standing, Xamit had severe pain in the groin and a feeling of weight in his testicles.
“Xamit called the doctor again, who told him the whole problem was psychological and suggested giving him pills to sleep and for better psychology”
Xamit just could not accept medication for his psychology. He started to feel very frustrated and undertook his own research on the internet. He found many doctors and urologists on the internet but most of them only prescribed drugs in their protocol. The only options to get better according to his research were pills or surgery.
Xamit had to look for another option, which he found.
